Incorporating the WanderGranvik Blood Crown into my act. It has so many uses. My favorite is when I sit on it.

Order very fast. Used this system to active my domicile ab muscles. I am 55yrs and have access belly fat. This belt with the impulses worked even through the fat. I have used it 3 days off and on and feel the impact. Recommend for starter along with diet and excersize. Easy to use but order the Gel. Re-use the plastic for the pads for easy clean up.
