Todd and I enjoyed our heritage Narraganset Red Ring turkey. They are endangered so you have to eat them to save them. Followed Martha’s superb recipe to blanket the bird in parchment and serve with pomegranate glaze. So thankful!

We like to put our Naragansett through a very cruel and special propietary torturing process we call “the nantucket sligh ride” before slaughtering, cooking, and eating it.
Why eating turkey when pork is available in all stores?
Also Spannet, who is this Marta? Is this you wife?
The irony here is the Naragansett is illegal in Naragansett, but not in Quinatucket. If you live in Naragansett and see someone captivating these special turkeys, call your local Chamber of Commerce.
I could only dream of captivating one of these fine birds.
wat does ‘illegle’ mean? is that wrong? these would be good with frosting. can you frost them while they are still alive? that wuld be funneez
